This term we will be working on Health and Well being and Expressive Arts. 

We will be talking about our futures and developing our understanding of steps we need to take for success.   

We will also be working on learning new skills in art and digital media so watch this space for our end of term gallery to celebrate our hard work!  

We will also be working with Gareth from Cricket Wales, through our Chance to Shine Cricket skills sessions. 

We will also be working on phenomena stories and explanation texts in Literacy as well as decimals, percentages and fractions, perimeter and area in maths.

We have exciting trips planned to the National Museum of Wales and we will be taking part in the Jambori and Passion Play at St.Elvan's. 

How does our homeland inspire creativity?

We have been exploring the work of Kyffin Williams, Martyn Evans and Gwen John. We have tried out watercolours, mixed colours, painted landscapes and portraits and explored pastels. We visited our local area to look at the landscape where we live and also visited the museum in Cardiff. We were amazed by the paintings we saw and loved the work of Gwen John. We have finally used all our learning to create a landscape collage  and have animated it too.
