Read Write Inc. Learn the sound, practise reading and spelling the words.
Children should remember which group of sounds they are learning. If there are any problems don’t hesitate to email me. I am also going to be putting in daily red words (tricky words which you can’t sound out and blend) for you to learn to read and spell.

Can you put the words into a sentence?
Maths
This week we will be working on adding 3 number. Before this we need to practise our number bonds to 10 with a fun game. Gather 10 skittles, plastic bottles or empty yoghurt pots and a small ball. Set them up like a bowling game and see how ,any you can knock down. Make a number sentence.
e.g 10 skittles and you knock down 3 how many left?
3+___ = 10 or 10 - 3 = ____
Repeat and make new number sentences. Have fun!
