Learn the sound, practise blending the word.
Remember if you need to reinforce last weeks sounds please continue with those.
I have also added a few red words. These are tricky words which you cannot sound out and blend. They are words you have to learn to read and spell.

Maths
Today we are going to start looking at addition.
Gather together a large group of objects, these could be toys such as lego, stones from the garden or even spoons from the kitchen. Make smaller sets with totals to five. Try adding the smaller sets together to make a total.
You can write the total or make the total with a new set of objects.
You could try bigger numbers if you are ready.
Topic
Look at photographs of butterflies. Talk about their shape and colour.
Make your own butterfly picture. You could try folding a piece of paper in half and painting the one half of a butterfly on the one side. Then fold the paper over, press it down and open to reveal the full butterfly.
