Read Write Inc. Learn the sound, practise reading and spelling the words.
Children should remember which group of sounds they are learning. If there are any problems don’t hesitate to email me. I am also going to be putting in daily red words (tricky words which you can’t sound out and blend) for you to learn to read and spell.

This week we will be focusing on halving numbers. I will be putting daily activities and games to help you practise this. Today's task is to make an halving mat like the one below. You can use sweets, coounters, cars, bricks anything to help you practise halving to 10.
