Children should remember which group of sounds they are learning. If there are any problems don’t hesitate to email me.
The children on set 2 sounds are now starting set 3 sounds. If your child still has gaps in their set 2 sounds then please continue to work on these sounds before moving on.

Can you make up a sentence for each of your words?
Maths:
We are now going to move on to adding a 2 digit number to a 2 digit number, eg 43 + 32.
To do this we split the 32 into 30 + 2.
Start on 43 and count on in tens to add the 30 (53,63,73) then count on in ones to add the units (74, 75). If you find it easier to use a hundred square to jump down to add 10's then across to add ones then do so.
Topic:
Imagine you are going to the seaside town you researched for the day, and you need a new pair of sun glasses to take. Design your own exclusive new pair of sunglasses. Remember these are going to be your own design so you need to include detail that is linked to you ( your favourite colour, favourite themes etc).
